Pojedyncze jabłko powinno ważyć od 130 do 150 gramów. Zapakowane jabłko musi być czyste, bez błota, bez brudu, powinno być myte przed zapakowaniem. Jabłko musi być zerwane, gotowe do spożycia.
Musimy mieć pewność, że jabłka są dobrej jakości – producent powinien posiadać certyfikat HACAP, ISO lub innego systemu kontroli jakości.
